Gallery of Ceramics in the Forbidden City


Ceramic The Gallery of Ceramics is planned to be moved to the Hall of Literary Brilliance, which is on the east of the Three Front Halls. The ceramics on display dates from the Neolithic age to the Qing dynasty. The Chinese ceramics has a continuous history of 8, 000 years and is a unique wonder in the history of arts and crafts. The exhibits in the Gallery of Ceramics are arranged in chrono-logical order to show the development of ancient ceramics inChina.
