			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>National Palace Museum, also known as the Forbidden City, located in the downtown of Beijing, today people call it the <a title="Forbidden City Overview" href="http://www.forbiddencitychina.cn" target="_blank">Forbidden City</a>, which means palace in the past. The Imperial Palace width 750 meters east to west, long 960 meters from north to south, covering an area of 72 million square meters, wchi is the highest in the world; Museum&#8217;s entire buildings were two strong line of defense Wai in the middle, the external is a 52 meters wide and deep moat around 6 m ; followed by 3 km circumference of the walls, the walls nearly 10 meters high, Bottom width 8.62 meters. The walls has 4-door, south is Meridian Gate, north is Shenwu Men, Donghuamen located at the east, west, Xihua Door. Adding wall corners, turret with three-layer roof, 72 roof, exquisitely carved , modeling unique,  make it  a masterpiece of ancient Chinese architecture.</p>
