East Route in the Forbidden City
The major tourist attractions in the East Route in the Forbidden City are the Six Eastern Palaces and the Palace of Abstinence. The Six Eastern Palaces include the Palace of Cherishing Essence, the Palace of Obeying the Heaven, the Palace of Revering Benevolence, the Palace of Revering Yang, the Palace of Eternal Harmony and the Palace of Extending Happiness.
